Weekly Programs
You can find our weekly programs in various locations on the coast. They typically run for 8 to 10 weeks. Below are descriptions of our programs.

Tumble Tots
+ Parents
(18 months - 3 yrs)
This is a parent and tot class for young children that provides socialization, physical and emotional development, and excitement for your toddler. Tumble Tots classes are a great way to bond with your child and make new friends. We start with a fun and quick group warmup, where we practice body shapes and stretches. With parent’s assistance, children get to explore various equipment including bars, beam, vault, and floor. It is a fun hour of rolling, bouncing, music, climbing, skipping, jumping, games and so much more.

Kindergym
(3-4 yrs)
Our Kindergym program is vibrant and full of action! This class is designed to improve a young child's coordination and confidence through basic introductory gymnastics. We focus on motor skill development, upper body strength, flexibility, beginner gymnastics skills, and how to be safe during class. The structured format will help students develop listening skills and social awareness along with the gymnastics skills. This is a great beginner activity for the little ones to get an active start and learn fundamental movement patterns.

Little Hoppers
(5-7 yrs)
The Little Hoppers program is designed to offer participants the benefits of gymnastics while developing a foundation in “Active Participation in Sport” and physical literacy (physical competence, motivation and confidence, and knowledge and understanding). The goal is to learn and build on the fundamentals of gymnastics, while learning important life skills and having fun. Each class starts with a group warm-up and games, followed by structured time at different skills building stations on the bars, vault, floor, rings and beam.

Junior Flippers
(7-11 yrs)
Our Junior Flippers class follows an ability-based gymnastics curriculum that focuses on strength, flexibility, fundamental basics, and mindful progression of the student. Students review exercises that strengthen the muscle groups needed for the skills that they use in class. We stretch to understand a safe range of motion and to prevent injury. After warm-up, students join their coaches and rotate to floor, bars, beam, vault, rings and group games (when time permits)! This beginner class is for boys and girls looking to enjoy gymnastics in a fun and non-competitive environment. All classes are catered to the individual levels of each participant as they progress through skills.
